  AZA TRADE, s.r.o., headquartered at Jungmannova 36/31, 110 00 Prague 1, was established in the year of 2000. Since then, the main subject of the company’s activity has been the implementation of investment projects in the field of commercial real estate and housing construction in Prague and the nearby vicinity. All the individual projects are administered by a team of managers who direct and are responsible for the outcome and the particular procedures of the development. The working philosophy of AZA TRADE is to create effective and efficient partnerships with other companies engaged in the field of realty development, in order to create smoothly functioning network of partner-companies, whose services and works can be outsourced as the single projects are being developed. In practice, it means that AZA TRADE is represented solely by project managers supported by financial personnel and the remaining work force is outsourced. At the present time, AZA Trade is implementing 8 such projects directly or through its subsidiaries with the total portfolio value of cca. 81,25 mil USD.
