The residential project Nouzov offers above-standard blocks of land, in an attractive locality called The Forest Theatre in the land registry of the village Unhošť. Plots are linked to the original villa development in the estate of Nouzov from the First Republic period , and provide a unique combination of total comfort for luxury residential living and the beautiful surroundings of the countryside.
The plot’s size is a minimum of 2000 m2, which corresponds with the surrounding villa area and allows the use of extra-large areas for atypical architectural houses design. Plots are harmoniously set into the surrounding forest to the maximum extent respecting the balance between housing and nature.
The main advantage of this location is undoubtedly its clean air and beautiful surroundings. Local inhabitants appreciate the privacy and quiet living amid greenery while at the same time having an easy connection to Prague. Complete infrastructure is provided in nearby Unhoště. The nearest shop and restaurant are within half a kilometer distance in Malých Kyšicích.
Building plots are located in the village of Nouzov, 2.5 km far southwest from the urban boundary of Unhoště. Location is known as The Natural Theater or Forest Theater, and is surrounded by Unhošťská, Na Lukah and Lesní streets, and from three sides by woods projecting from above the valley of the Černý Potok. There is a possibility to come here through the highway No. 118 (connecting Beroun and Kladno) by car, turning by the direction to the plots from the highway has GPS coordinates 50°3'54.884"N, 14°5'51.553"E.
In the 19th century Nouzov was a poor shepherd village, but thanks to a favorable position on the edge of the forest Křivoklát in the twenties of the 20th century, Prague’s elite chose it as an ideal place for their summer residence. The popularity of the place continued to grow in the thirties, when the bathhouse was built near the mineral spring Čeperka. The gradual transformation of summer flats into residential villas surrounded by vast gardens elevated Nouzov to the position of prestige residences with a good address.
The Forest Theatre was named after the natural amphitheater, which appeared in the interwar period. The romantic surroundings landscape which characterized by springs and old mills is a part of the Natural Park Povodi Kačák, wedged between the protected nature reserves of Krivoklatsko and Bohemian Karst.
In the area there are excellent conditions for sports, which offer a wide network of hiking routes, or 2 km away there is a sports complex with tennis courts, swimming pool and golf course.
The only negative aspect of the location is the relative proximity to the airport Ruzyně, which could discourage interested people sensitive to air traffic noise. With the planned construction of a parallel runway of Prague airport this problem would be eliminated.
